Adrian Chapman - HR
I have been with Partnership for 1 year and 1 month. I originally started my employment with Partnership as a Telephone Account Manager in the Sales department. I then chose to go back to college and commence studying towards a HR qualification. During the first few months of 2009, I was able to apply for and successfully obtained a position within the HR department at Partnership.
I enjoy working for Partnership because I feel that the company are very supportive and accommodating to its staff. I have personally experienced the support and encouragement that Partnership provide its staff, when moving within the Company from one department to another.
Being given the opportunity to move from a sales role into a HR role whilst still studying towards my qualification has been the most satisfying experience for me at Partnership.
