Andy Robinson - Change Delivery
I have been with Partnership for 10 months. I was on a 6 month contract as Interim Manager of the Protection Service Delivery team, with the last four months in my current role as Project Manager within the Change Delivery team.
There is a clear focus on profitable growth and the positive change required to achieve it. The working environment is dynamic, objectives are clear and there is a real feeling that people care about what they are doing and work as a team “to get the job done”.
Joining the Company on a permanent basis in a challenging new role having enjoyed my interim position and learnt a lot about the organisation and met some great people, has been a very positive step for me.
