I have worked for Partnership for 13 months. I started as Broker administration support and moved into Quotations Underwriter in April 2009.
I like working for Partnership as there are opportunities to progress your career with support from the Company. The people are very friendly and work well as a team to offer best service to its customers, internally and externally.
My most satisfying experience within Partnership is meeting my goals. From the very first day of my interview I was made to feel very relaxed and felt able to put across my future goals within the company (should I be lucky enough to be considered) and that goal was never forgotten by my new Manager, who saw my potential within the Company and I was able to achieve my goal to be a productive member of the Underwriting Team as Quotations Underwriter.
