Nikki Prescott - Legal & Compliance

I have worked at Partnership since July 2007. I initially joined as a junior member of the team and was soon provided with additional responsibilities on the value of my contributions and hard work I have since implemented a new Compliance Monitoring Programme in the company in 2009 that has been successful in improving the system & controls and governance of the company. I am now the a Compliance Monitoring Manager and Company Secretary for 3 subsidiary companies of Partnership Group of companies. I enjoy the extra challenge and diversity that this presents me.

The key aspect that I like about the company is the encouragement I have recieved to develop both on the job and professionally by taking external examinations. I am currently working towards the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators professional programme I and II. Partnership is funding these examinations and distance learning courses to ensure a thorough understanding of the subject to enhance my future development.
