Tom Mulligan - Quality & Training
I started at Partnership in May 2008. I was originally employed as a Quality Administrator with my primary responsibilities being to ensure a high standard of customer service. Since February 2009 I have taken on the role of Quality Analyst. The Quality Analyst role focuses on the development of Quality Assurance at Partnership, reporting, identifying trends and management.
Partnership's staff are definitely a very strong asset. Not just from an intellectual perspective but also at a personal level too. Staff are friendly, approachable and open to feedback. This creates not only a great working environment but one which strives to succeed and improve.
My most satisfying experience at Partnership is not one particular point in time. I feel my career at Partnership to date has provided me with excellent development opportunities due to the rapid growth of the company. This growth has allowed me to excel in areas both inside and outside of my comfort zone.
