Service Delivery
The Service Delivery team is the face of Partnership and our primary “raison d’être” is to ensure that we meet the needs of our customers. The team in Redhill are responsible for the processing of new enquiries, so that accurate quotations are issued. The team also answer all phone calls from IFA’s, anything from a simple progress chase to a complicated technical query. Our specialist teams, quite simply, there to help our customers, comprise of the New Enquires Team, Telephone Team and Completions Team.
The New Enquires Team deal with new requests that are received either by fax, email or phone calls. Our customers can choose the best route for them. The relevant data is captured onto our bespoke processing system and then personally underwritten by one of our underwriters. This usually results in a firm quote or sometimes an illustration if further medical information is required.
Our Telephone Team make sure all our customers can reach us when they need to, are answered promptly & offer a “one stop shop”. Our expert team are able to update the customer on the progress of a case, answer your technical queries, or provide a new quote. Importantly, the team proactively chase pension providers to ensure that we receive pension funds at the earliest opportunity so that we can set up a customers annuity in good time. The Telephone Team strive to exceed customer's expectations and to provide a “5 star” service.
Our Completions Team are responsible for the final phase of setting up a customer’s annuity. On receipt of funds from a pension provider the Completions Team will ensure that everything is as it should be for our customers, and that we have all of the appropriate information. Following this the all important policy document is created and forwarded to our customers. Copies of the policy documents will also be sent to the IFA, so that the right people are aware of what's happening every step of the way.
We are committed to ensuring our people have the right technical qualifications for these roles and fully support our people in obtaining the necessary CII qualifications. Additionally, high levels of day-to-day training is given. The key attributes for a service delivery person are an exceptional eye for detail but a real desire and willingness to build relationships with our customers and provide them with that all important “5 star” service. After all, Partnership's success depends firmly on not just the quality of products that we offer but also the way in which we are able to meet the servicing needs of our customers. A fast and efficient service.
The Service Delivery Team is fast paced and ever changing, keeping you on your toes and providing challenges and professional opportunities to develop. Our people work together as a team which enable us to rise to any challenge laid before us as well as sharing our knowledge and skills with each other, for the benefit of our customers.
