Philosophy
At Partnership, we don’t believe in ‘standard’. We believe that everyone has a right to receive benefits from their investments that reflect their individual circumstances. This is why we underwrite each application, taking a client’s health into consideration in order to maximise benefit for their own unique needs.
We also believe everyone should benefit from professional advice when making financial decisions about their future, our products therefore, are only sold through authorised advisers. This allows us to focus on providing a first class, individual service to all of our intermediaries.
Our customers are extremely important to us and we seek to engage them at all levels. We are, so far as we are aware, the only privately owned insurance company to have a Policyholder Liaison Representative who meets with Senior Management on a regular basis.
As part of our commitment to customers, Partnership also supports the ABI Customer Impact Scheme. We remain one of 33 companies supporting this initiative, pledging to:
