This is why we underwrite each application individually, taking a client’s health into consideration in order to offer the maximum benefit for their own unique needs.

We also believe everyone should benefit from professional and impartial advice when making financial decisions about their future, so our products are only sold through authorised intermediaries. This allows us to focus on providing a first class, individual service to all of our intermediaries.

Our customers are extremely important to us and we seek to engage them at all levels. As well as holding annual policyholder meetings, we also have a policyholder who advises our board.
