Home Reversion Plan

In conjunction with Living Plus (the reversion provider), Partnership has developed the Home Reversion Plan which allows clients with health conditions to gain the maximum possible value from the equity they release from their property. Clients should be able to achieve a specific sum without having to release as much equity – or they can benefit from the maximum value if they’re looking for a large sum of money.

How does a Home Reversion Plan work?

You sell your home to Living Plus and receive a cash lump sum for the portion of equity you are releasing. You receive a lease agreement, which guarantees you the right to stay in your home plus a legal trust, which ensures that the remaining equity in the property is protected for your estate.

The difference with a Partnership Home Reversion Plan is that, because we underwrite each case individually, we can more accurately predict how long you might live and usually give you more money as a result.
